The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is a direct-fit upgrade designed to improve airflow and intercooler efficiency on 2011-2014 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost trucks, as well as 2015-2017 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models. This pipe replaces the restrictive factory cold-side tubing with a smoother-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum design for improved charge-air performance.
Constructed from 3.5" to 3" tapered aluminum and finished in wrinkle black, this pipe offers better thermal characteristics and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection under boost.
Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers (OEM fitment style), this cold-side pipe installs easily with basic hand tools and requires no cutting or permanent modifications. It also serves as a direct replacement for Ford OEM part number BL3Z-6F073-A.
