The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit is a complete charge-pipe upgrade for 2015-2016 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models. This system replaces both the restrictive factory cold-side tubing and the weak rubber hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.

The cold-side pipe features a 3.5" to 3" tapered design and delivers up to a 15% airflow improvement over the OEM tube. The hot-side pipe transitions from 2" to 2.5" and provides up to a 16% increase in airflow. Both pipes are finished in wrinkle black for a clean, OEM-plus appearance and offer significantly better thermal performance at a fraction of the weight of stainless steel alternatives.

Each kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free seal under boost. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers (OEM fitment style), installation is straightforward and requires no cutting or permanent modifications.
