The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to increase airflow and improve intercooler efficiency on 2015-2016 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models. This upgraded pipe replaces the restrictive factory hot-side tubing with a smoother-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum design, delivering up to a 16% improvement in airflow over the OEM pipe.
Constructed from 2" to 2.5" tapered aluminum and finished in wrinkle black, this pipe offers better thermal characteristics and weighs significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection under boost.
