The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit delivers a complete airflow upgrade for 2021-2023 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost trucks. This dual-pipe system replaces both the restrictive factory hot-side and cold-side tubes with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.

The cold-side pipe provides an 11% increase in flow over the OEM unit, while the hot-side pipe improves airflow by 16%. Both pipes feature a durable wrinkle-black finish and include integrated 1/8" NPT bungs for water/meth injection or auxiliary sensors. Aluminum construction offers improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives.

Each kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers.

Construction
