The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is engineered to improve airflow and intercooler efficiency on 2021-2023 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost trucks. This upgraded hot-side pipe delivers a 16% increase in flow compared to the restrictive factory tubing, helping the turbos operate more efficiently.
Constructed from lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions from 2" to 2.5" and features a durable wrinkle-black finish. A built-in 1/8" NPT bung allows easy integration of water/meth injection or auxiliary sensors. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this aluminum design offers better thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight.
The kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. It installs as a direct bolt-on upgrade and works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers.
