The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit delivers a complete airflow upgrade for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, Raptor, and PowerBoost models. This dual-pipe system replaces both the restrictive factory hot-side and cold-side tubes with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.
The cold-side pipe provides a 19% increase in flow over the OEM unit and includes a built-in 1/8" NPT bung for methanol injection setups. The hot-side pipe improves airflow by 13% and uses lightweight 2.5" aluminum tubing. Both pipes feature a durable wrinkle-black finish and benefit from aluminum’s improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives.
Each kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers.

Construction
