The CVF Hot-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to improve airflow and intercooler efficiency on 2021-2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, Raptor, and PowerBoost models, along with 2022-2025 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs. This upgraded hot-side pipe flows 13% better than the restrictive factory tubing, helping the turbos operate more efficiently.
Constructed from lightweight 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe features a durable wrinkle-black finish and offers improved thermal performance at roughly one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation.
Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this piping works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers and installs easily with basic hand tools.
