The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is engineered to increase airflow and improve intercooler efficiency on 2021-2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, Raptor, and PowerBoost models, as well as 2022-2025 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs. This upgraded cold-side pipe flows 19% better than the factory unit and includes a built-in 1/8" NPT bung for methanol injection setups.
Constructed from lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions from 3.5" to 3" and features a durable wrinkle-black finish. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this aluminum design offers improved thermal characteristics at roughly one-third the weight.
The kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. It is compatible with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers and installs as a direct bolt-on upgrade.

Construction
