The CVF Aluminum Intercooler Hot-Side + Cold-Side Piping Kit provides a complete airflow upgrade for 2015-2020 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost trucks. This dual-pipe system replaces both the restrictive factory hot-side and cold-side tubes with mandrel-bent aluminum for smoother, more efficient airflow.

The cold-side pipe delivers a 14% improvement in flow over the OEM unit, while the hot-side pipe offers a massive 56% increase. Both pipes feature a durable wrinkle-black finish and benefit from aluminum’s lighter weight and improved thermal characteristics compared to stainless steel alternatives.

Each kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit works with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers.
