The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Piping is designed to increase airflow and improve intercooler efficiency on 2015-2020 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost trucks. This upgraded cold-side pipe flows 14% better than the factory unit, helping reduce restriction and allowing the turbos to operate more efficiently.
Built from lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe transitions from 3.5" to 3" and features a durable wrinkle-black finish. Compared to stainless steel alternatives, this aluminum design offers improved thermal characteristics at roughly one-third the weight.
The kit includes heavy-duty T-bolt clamps and ultra-strong 4-ply silicone couplers to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. It is compatible with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers and installs as a direct bolt-on upgrade.
