The CVF Titan Intercooler in Silver offers a substantial cooling upgrade for 2015-2025 F-150 EcoBoost trucks and 2018-2025 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, the Titan delivers significantly lower charge air temperatures and improved airflow compared to the factory intercooler.
Featuring a core that is more than 50% larger than stock (20.5" x 9" x 4.5"), the Titan has demonstrated 40°+ reductions in Charge Air Temperature (CAT) during real-world testing. In independent street pulls, the Titan saw only a +2° rise over ambient temperature, while the OEM intercooler climbed +42° under similar conditions - even starting at cooler temps.
high-flow cast end tanks provide smoother airflow than welded aluminum alternatives, and the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core ensures long-term durability. No vehicle modifications are required for installation on 2015-2020 models; 2021+ applications simply require the included lower cold-side coupler adjustment.

Construction
Built from high-quality aluminum, the Titan Intercooler uses a TIG-welded bar-and-plate core for maximum strength and heat dissipation. Fully cast end tanks ensure smooth airflow into and out of the intercooler, helping the turbo operate more efficiently.
