The CVF Titan Intercooler in Black is a major cooling upgrade for 2015-2025 F-150 EcoBoost trucks and 2018-2025 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models. Designed as a true bolt-on replacement, the Titan dramatically lowers charge air temperatures and improves airflow compared to the restrictive factory intercooler.
With a core that’s more than 50% larger than stock (20.5" x 9" x 4.5"), the Titan has shown 40°+ reductions in Charge Air Temperature (CAT) during real-world testing. In independent street pulls, the Titan saw only a +2° rise over ambient temperature, while the OEM intercooler spiked +42° under similar conditions - even starting at cooler temps.
high-flow cast end tanks provide smoother airflow than welded aluminum designs, and the TIG-welded bar-and-plate core ensures long-term durability. Installation requires no vehicle modifications on 2015-2020 models; 2021+ applications simply use the included lower cold-side coupler adjustment.

Construction
Built from high-quality aluminum, the Titan Intercooler uses a TIG-welded bar-and-plate core for maximum strength and heat dissipation. Fully cast end tanks ensure smooth airflow into and out of the intercooler, helping the turbo operate more efficiently.
