Boundary DOHC & SOHC Modular V8 Oil Pump Gears (MM-OPG-2V) - 1999-2000 Mustang

The early modular 2V/4V Mustangs are a blast to build, but factory oil pump gears can become a serious weak point once you add RPM, boost, or sticky tires. Boundary MM-OPG-2V billet oil pump gears are designed to strengthen your modular oiling system, giving your 1999–2000 Mustang the reliability needed for hard street use and high-horsepower builds.

Made 100% in Boundary’s Dallas, Texas facility, these gears start as quenched-and-tempered chromoly billets for a tough, nearly indestructible core. After precision machining, Boundary applies their ColdFlow surface hardening and mirror finish to reduce friction and increase efficiency. The matched inner and outer gears use Boundary’s race-inspired gerotor design for improved strength and stable oil flow past 9,000 RPM. Every set is hand, machine, and hardness inspected and includes a blueprinting report—proven in modular builds exceeding 1,500 whp.
