If your Cyclone or EcoBoost V6 build is seeing higher RPM, big boost, or serious power, the factory oil pump gears can be a limiting factor. Boundary CYEB-OPG billet gears are designed to remove that weak link, delivering stronger, more consistent oiling for hard-driven 3.5L and 3.7L applications.
Each set is 100% manufactured in Boundary’s Dallas, Texas facility from quenched-and-tempered chromoly billets, creating a tough, wear-resistant core built for extreme use. After precision machining, Boundary applies their ColdFlow surface hardening and a mirror finish to reduce friction and increase efficiency. Matched inner and outer gears plus Boundary’s race-inspired gerotor design improve flow stability at high RPM. Every set is hand, machine, and hardness inspected and includes a blueprinting report—proven stable beyond 9,000 RPM and validated in 1,000+ whp builds.
