The Borla 11985BC Axle-Back system utilizes advanced Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology, featuring patented internal pipe configurations with varying diameters and lengths to create multiple harmonized exhaust notes. The result is a clean, rich, full-bodied sound that enhances the driving experience while maintaining excellent daily drivability.
Constructed from premium 2.5" mandrel-bent T-304 stainless steel, this system is finished with aggressive 4" round black chrome T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips for a stealthy, high-performance appearance. Borla’s straight-through and patented multi-core technology improves exhaust flow to help unleash hidden horsepower, improve throttle response, and increase overall performance.
Precision CNC manufacturing ensures a direct bolt-on fit for both coupe and convertible Mustang GT models equipped with Active Exhaust. For proper care, Borla recommends cleaning the black chrome tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth and advises against using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499.
