Manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, BMR springs are cold wound on advanced CNC coiling machines to guarantee left-to-right consistency. Every spring undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process: compressed solid twice to eliminate sag, stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, and shot-peened to remove residual surface stress.
