Manufactured from heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing, the SB461 is cold-formed to better resist torsional fatigue and retain structural memory far longer than hot-formed alternatives. It features welded thrust washers to properly locate the bar and prevent lateral movement during aggressive maneuvers, while the zinc-plated sway bar saddles and low-deflection, 88-durometer greaseable polyurethane bushings ensure quiet, reliable operation.
