Improve the handling response and overall chassis rigidity of your classic 1967-1981 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird with a Front Subframe Body Mount Bushing Kit from BMR Suspension. Factory rubber body mounts are designed to absorb noise and vibration, but their soft compound allows excessive flex and movement between the body and subframe under cornering and acceleration. This unwanted subframe shifting degrades handling precision and steering feedback.
Designed to eliminate subframe flex, BMR’s BMB001 kit features solid bushings CNC-machined from low-friction Delrin. Unlike traditional aluminum solid mounts, Delrin provides squeak-free operation and is completely immune to electrolysis and corrosion. This upgrade locks your subframe solidly to the body for vastly improved chassis stiffness and predictable cornering. Each kit includes new Grade 8 mounting hardware and heavy-duty stainless washers for a secure, professional installation.
