Improve handling, steering response, and stability on your modern muscle car with a Steering Rack Mount Bushing Kit from BMR Suspension. Factory rubber steering rack mounts are notoriously soft, allowing the steering rack to shift under load and leading to erratic toe changes during aggressive driving. BMR replaces this weak OE bushing with a high-durometer polyurethane upgrade to minimize steering rack movement and maintain consistent wheel alignment.
Molded from low-deflection 95-durometer black polyurethane, this component resists petroleum products, road salt, and harsh undercar elements far better than factory rubber. By drastically reducing deflection without an excessive increase in noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH), the BK008 kit delivers a much sharper, more confident steering feel. Designed for street performance, drag racing, and handling applications (Note: will not fit vehicles with electric steering), installation takes approximately 1–2 hours.
