Improve supercharger belt control on your Edelbrock E-Force 2650-equipped Mustang GT with the American Racing Solutions Racing Billet Belt Tensioner. Designed specifically as a direct replacement for the tensioner supplied with the Edelbrock 2650 supercharger system, this upgrade is engineered to maintain stronger belt tension at high RPM for improved belt grip, more consistent boost, and better power delivery at the top of the rev range.
The ARS 86203 is precision CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum and uses a custom-wound 50 lb. high-tension spring to handle the increased belt loads found in high-horsepower Coyote applications. A hardened steel shaft and heavy-duty bearings provide added strength and durability, while the anodized finish helps protect the tensioner from corrosion and reduce belt wear.
Unlike ARS tensioners designed to replace the factory Ford tensioner, this model is purpose-built specifically to replace the tensioner included with compatible Edelbrock E-Force 2650 Stage 1 and Stage 2 supercharger kits. Multiple pulley configurations are available in both 8-rib and 10-rib layouts, with steel or ceramic bearing options to suit your belt-drive setup.
