Give your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Tremor a more aggressive exhaust note, freer-flowing performance, and durable stainless steel construction with the aFe POWER Vulcan Series 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed for both the 3.5L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 and 5.0L V8, the 49-33157-P combines mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing with a high-flow stainless muffler and dual polished 4-1/2" exhaust tips for a complete performance exhaust upgrade.
aFe designed the Vulcan Series system to deliver gains of up to 7 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque while producing an aggressive exhaust sound. The system uses a split rear exit configuration designed specifically for compatible F-150 Tremor trucks equipped with the factory dual-exhaust cutout rear bumper.
3" Mandrel-Bent 304 Stainless Steel Construction
The Vulcan Series exhaust is constructed from 3" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for excellent strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and exhaust flow. Mandrel bending maintains a consistent tubing diameter through the bends to provide a smooth exhaust path throughout the system.
aFe uses 100% handcrafted MIG-welded construction for race-proven strength and durability, creating an exhaust system engineered to withstand demanding performance and everyday driving conditions.
High-Flow Stainless Steel Muffler
A corrosion-resistant, high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler is incorporated into the system to provide the aggressive sound profile of the Vulcan Series while supporting improved exhaust flow.
The finished system produces an aggressive exhaust note designed to complement the performance character of the F-150 Tremor while allowing the engine to take advantage of the freer-flowing exhaust configuration.
Up to 7 HP and 13 LB-FT of Torque
In addition to its more aggressive sound, the aFe Vulcan Series Cat-Back is designed to improve performance. aFe reports an increase of up to 7 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque, giving the F-150 Tremor a functional performance upgrade along with its more assertive exhaust note.
Dual 4-1/2" Polished Exhaust Tips
The split rear exit system is finished with dual 4-1/2" diameter polished 304 stainless steel exhaust tips. Each rolled-angle clamp-on tip features an aFe POWER badge for a distinctive finished appearance at the rear of the truck.
Heavy-Duty Ball Flange Connection
The front pipe incorporates a heavy-duty female ball flange adapter designed to create a secure, leak-resistant exhaust connection. Stainless steel exhaust band clamps provide additional durability and secure the system during installation.
Direct Bolt-On Installation
aFe designed the 49-33157-P around factory-style mounting points for straightforward installation. The system utilizes factory-style barb hangers and the factory-style flange, allowing it to install as a direct bolt-on exhaust without cutting or vehicle modifications.
State-of-the-art computer-aided design technology is used to provide precise vehicle fitment and proper positioning beneath the truck.
