Designed for both the 3.5L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 and 5.0L V8, the 49-33157-B combines mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing with a high-flow stainless steel muffler and dual black powder-coated 4-1/2" exhaust tips.
aFe designed the Vulcan Series system to deliver gains of up to 7 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque while producing an aggressive exhaust sound. Its split rear exit configuration is specifically designed for compatible F-150 Tremor trucks equipped with the factory dual-exhaust cutout rear bumper.
3" Mandrel-Bent 304 Stainless Steel Construction
The Vulcan Series exhaust is constructed from 3" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and exhaust flow. Mandrel bending maintains a consistent tubing diameter through the bends to provide a smooth exhaust path throughout the system.
aFe uses 100% handcrafted MIG-welded construction for race-proven strength and durability, creating an exhaust system engineered to withstand demanding performance and everyday driving conditions.
High-Flow Stainless Steel Muffler
A corrosion-resistant, high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler provides the aggressive sound profile of the Vulcan Series while supporting improved exhaust flow. The result is a more assertive exhaust note designed to complement the performance character of the F-150 Tremor.
Up to 7 HP and 13 LB-FT of Torque
In addition to its aggressive sound, the aFe Vulcan Series Cat-Back is designed to improve performance. aFe reports an increase of up to 7 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque, providing a functional performance upgrade along with the system's more aggressive exhaust note.
Dual 4-1/2" Black Powder-Coated Exhaust Tips
The split rear exit system is finished with dual 4-1/2" diameter 304 stainless steel exhaust tips featuring a durable black powder-coated finish. The rolled-angle, clamp-on tips feature aFe POWER logo badges for a distinctive appearance that complements the aggressive styling of the F-150 Tremor.
Heavy-Duty Ball Flange Connection
The front pipe incorporates a heavy-duty female ball flange adapter designed to provide a secure, leak-resistant exhaust connection. Stainless steel exhaust band clamps are also utilized throughout the system for a strong and secure fit.
Direct Bolt-On Installation
aFe designed the 49-33157-B around factory-style mounting points for straightforward installation. The system utilizes a factory-style flange and barb hangers, allowing it to install as a direct bolt-on upgrade without cutting or vehicle modifications.
