The Whipple Stage 2 Competition Gen 6 3.8L Supercharger No Flash Tool (NFT) Kit (W235RF) is a purpose-built, race-only upgrade for 2018–2024 Jeep Trackhawk and Dodge Durango Hellcat applications. Designed exclusively for sanctioned competition vehicles, this system delivers extreme airflow, unmatched cooling efficiency, and massive horsepower potential well beyond any factory or previous-generation supercharger.

This is a true No Flash Tool (NFT) competition system. It includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Standalone or custom engine management and tuning are required for operation.

Gen 6 3.8L W235RF Supercharger Technology

At the core of this system is Whipple’s Gen 6 3.8L W235RF twin-screw supercharger, featuring the latest 3x4 billet rotor architecture. This design dramatically improves sealing efficiency, airflow under the curve, and maximum RPM capability compared to cast or earlier-generation rotors.

Whipple’s billet rotors are precision-machined in the USA and engineered to withstand extreme overspeed conditions common in high-boost, competition-only applications.

Drag Pak–Proven Intercooling Performance

This Stage 2 system utilizes Whipple’s patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler design, routing compressed air through each intercooler core twice. The result is significantly reduced intake air temperatures, improved detonation resistance, and consistent power delivery during sustained high-boost operation.

Race-Focused Airflow Design

To support the massive airflow demands of the 3.8L supercharger, this system features a 130mm throttle body mounting flange and includes a billet 130mm throttle body.
