The Whipple Gen 6X 3.0L Stage 2 No Flash Tool (NFT) Supercharger Upgrade Kit is the highest-flowing, emissions-legal supercharger upgrade available for the 20182024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat. Designed for extreme airflow and cooling capacity, the Stage 2 system builds on the Gen 6X platform with a larger throttle body for maximum performance headroom while retaining OEM-quality fitment.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration. The kit includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Custom PCM tuning is required.
At its core is Whipples all-new Gen 6X 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, offering over 500 horsepower of airflow capacity beyond the factory Hellcat 2.4L supercharger and more than 300 horsepower of additional capacity over the Hellaphant 3.0Lwith no porting required.
Stage 2 Configuration with 112mm Billet Throttle Body
The Stage 2 Gen 6X system includes a billet 112mm throttle body for maximum airflow into the supercharger. The large 112mm inlet opening removes airflow restrictions at higher boost levels and is ideal for high-horsepower Trackhawk and Durango Hellcat builds.
This configuration is engineered for customers who want the most airflow possible from a street-legal, bolt-on supercharger system.
Patented Dual-Pass, Dual-Core Intercooling Technology
Whipples patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system delivers unmatched charge-air cooling for the supercharged 6.2L HEMI platform. Each intercooler core measures 2 inches thick, and the dual-pass design provides an effective 4 inches of cooling depthoffering twice the cooling area of any other positive-displacement supercharger in this segment.
The inverted supercharger layout allows for this oversized intercooler design, while dual-inlet and dual-outlet coolant routing improves water flow and thermal efficiency under sustained load.
Gen 6X Twin-Screw Efficiency and Durability
The Gen 6X Whipple supercharger features precision-machined billet rotors manufactured in the USA for superior strength, efficiency, and reduced heat generation. This results in cooler intake air temperatures, lower parasitic loss, and consistent power delivery across the entire RPM range.
