Designed strictly for sanctioned racing and off-road use, this Gen 6 system represents Whipples most advanced, highest-flowing twin-screw supercharger ever produced.
This is a true No Flash Tool (NFT) competition system. It includes NO flash tool, NO calibration, and NO tuning credits. Custom engine management and tuning are required for operation.
Gen 6 3.8L W235RF Supercharger Technology
At the heart of this system is the Gen 6 3.8L W235RF twin-screw supercharger, developed directly from Whipples record-setting Dodge Drag Pak program. The advanced 3x4 billet rotor combination improves sealing efficiency, increases maximum rotor speed capability, and delivers substantially more usable airflow than previous-generation Whipple superchargers.
Unlike cast OEM rotors, Whipples billet rotor assemblies are precision-machined in-house in the USA, providing superior strength, durability, and resistance to high-RPM failurecritical for extreme boost and race-only applications.
Industry-Leading Dual-Pass Intercooling
This Stage 2 system utilizes Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler design, routing compressed air through each intercooler core twice. The result is dramatically reduced intake air temperatures, increased detonation resistance, and consistent power output under sustained boost.
