Built around Whipples revolutionary Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, this Stage 2 system adds increased airflow, fuel capacity, and cooling headroom for owners who want everything the Stage 1 offersand then some.
Stage 2 takes the Gen 6 platform further with a massive 112mm billet throttle body and billet -8AN fuel rails and fittings, removing inlet and fuel restrictions that limit power on the factory setup. The result is a system with over 500 horsepower of additional capacity versus the factory 2.4L Hellcat supercharger and more than 300 horsepower of headroom over the Hellaphant 3.0L, all without costly porting or drivability compromises.
At the heart of the system is Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler technology. Each intercooler core measures 2 inches thick and is used twice, effectively creating a 4-inch cooling path that delivers twice the cooling area of any other positive displacement supercharger system available for the 6.2L HEMI. A dual-in, dual-out intercooler design further increases coolant flow, keeping intake air temperatures under control even under sustained high load.
Every kit includes a complete tuning solution with HP Tuners RDT flash tool, required credits, security bypass, PCM upgrade, and Whipples proprietary calibration.
