The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 1 No Flash Tool (NFT) Supercharger Upgrade Kit is the most powerful 50-state-legal bolt-on supercharger upgrade available for 20152023 Dodge Hellcat, Demon, and Redeye platforms. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory supercharger, this Stage 1 system delivers massive airflow capacity, dramatically increased cooling efficiency, and enormous headroom for future power upgrades.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration. The kit includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Custom PCM tuning is required.
Built around Whipples industry-leading Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, this system offers over 500 horsepower of airflow capacity beyond the factory Hellcat 2.4L supercharger and more than 300 horsepower of additional capacity over the Hellaphant 3.0Lwithout expensive porting or internal modifications.
Stage 1 Configuration with Massive Airflow Headroom
The Stage 1 system is designed to work with the stock throttle body while retaining compatibility with larger upgrades. The 112mm inlet opening supports stock, 102mm, 105mm, and Whipple 112mm throttle bodies, allowing the system to scale easily as power demands increase.
This flexibility makes the Stage 1 Gen 6 system an ideal foundation for high-horsepower builds while maintaining excellent drivability and emissions compliance.
Patented Dual-Pass, Dual-Core Intercooling Technology
Whipples patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system delivers unmatched cooling performance for the 6.2L supercharged HEMI platform. Each intercooler core measures 2 inches thick, with dual-pass airflow creating an effective 4 inches of cooling depthproviding twice the cooling area of any other positive-displacement supercharger in this category.
The inverted supercharger design enables this massive intercooler layout, while dual-inlet and dual-outlet coolant routing increases water flow and thermal efficiency under extreme load.
Gen 6 Twin-Screw Efficiency and Durability
The Gen 6 Whipple supercharger utilizes precision-machined billet rotors manufactured in the USA, offering superior strength, reduced heat generation, and increased efficiency compared to cast rotor designs. This results in cooler charge air temperatures, reduced parasitic loss, and exceptional performance across the entire RPM range.
The system includes a high-flow cold air intake and fits cleanly under the factory hood with OEM-level appearance.
