The Whipple Stage 1 Supercharger Upgrade Kit is the only 50-state emissions-legal bolt-on power adder available for 20152023 Hellcat-based vehicles, including Hellcat, Demon, and Redeye platforms. Built around Whipples cutting-edge Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, this system delivers massive airflow, dramatically improved cooling, and substantial power headroomwithout expensive porting or drivability compromises.
Designed as a Stage 1 OEM-style upgrade, this kit retains the factory throttle body while introducing Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler technology. Each intercooler core is 2 inches thick and used twice, creating an effective 4-inch cooling path that far exceeds the capacity of any other positive displacement system available for the 6.2L platform.
The Gen 6 3.0L Whipple offers over 500 horsepower of additional capacity compared to the factory 2.4L Hellcat supercharger and more than 300 horsepower of headroom over the Hellaphant 3.0L. With optimized fueling, many applications see an additional 100 horsepower simply by running 93 octane fuel, unlocking the true potential of the Whipple system while remaining emissions compliant.
An all-new high-flow cold air intake is included, along with a 112mm inlet opening compatible with the stock throttle body as well as 102mm, 105mm, and Whipples optional 112mm throttle body upgrades. Each kit includes a complete tuning solution with Whipple calibration to ensure reliable, repeatable performance.
