The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit delivers the most advanced, emissions-legal forced-induction solution available for the 20182024 Dodge Durango 5.7L HEMI. Built around Whipples latest Gen 6 twin-screw supercharger, this complete bolt-on system transforms the Durango with massive torque, strong top-end power, and factory-like drivability.
At the core is the front-entry, inverted Gen 6 3.0L Whipple supercharger featuring an exclusive 3x4 rotor combination, increased helix angle, optimized inlet and discharge ports, and all-new bearings and gears. Compared to smaller 1.9L, 2.3L, and 2.65L roots-style systems, the larger 3.0L design moves more air with less parasitic loss, resulting in lower discharge temperatures and more usable power across the entire RPM range.
Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system uses massive air-to-water aluminum bar-plate intercoolers, an oversized heat exchanger, and a high-flow intercooler pump to deliver industry-leading charge-air cooling. This keeps intake temperatures stable under load and allows consistent performance during aggressive street or towing conditions.
Fueling and electronics are fully addressed with billet fuel rails, Hellcat high-flow fuel injectors, a fuel pump voltage booster, and an included flash tool with Whipple calibration. PCM unlocking is supported via HP Tuners, with required unlock code included. The result is instant boost, a flat torque curve, and a refined installation that looks factory once installed.

FAQs
Does this kit require a PCM unlock?
Yes. Model years 20152023 require an unlocked PCM. Whipple includes an HP Tuners unlock code, and the PCM must be shipped to HP Tuners for the unlock service. Model years 20182023 also include a security gateway module to allow PCM read/write access.
Are internal engine modifications required?
No. This system is engineered as a complete bolt-on upgrade and does not require internal engine modifications. All necessary hardware, wiring, and plumbing are included.
