The Whipple W185RF Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit is the most advanced, power-capable twin-screw supercharger solution available for 2018–2023 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, and Chrysler 300 equipped with the 6.4L HEMI. Built around Whipple’s championship-proven Gen 6 rotor technology, this intercooled system delivers instant boost response, massive torque, and consistent top-end power while retaining street-friendly drivability.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration intended for owners who already have tuning solutions or plan a custom calibration path. You still receive a complete, engineered Whipple hardware package designed for clean, bolt-on installation and factory-like fitment.
Gen 6 Twin-Screw Performance
The Gen 6 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger moves more air at lower rotor speeds than smaller displacement systems, producing cooler charge temps and higher efficiency per pound of boost. The front-entry, inverted W185RF design delivers immediate boost at the hit and a flat torque curve that transforms the 6.4L HEMI’s powerband.
An integrated Crusher™ 112mm round inlet maximizes airflow capacity and supports oversized throttle bodies, providing serious headroom for future power upgrades.
Industry-Leading Intercooling & Cooling
Heat management is handled by Whipple’s patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler system. Intake air is routed through two massive aluminum bar-plate intercooler cores twice for exceptional heat rejection and repeatable performance during aggressive street driving or track use.
An oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump ensure rapid recovery between pulls, helping maintain consistent intake air temperatures and power delivery.
