Overview
The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit for 20152017 Dodge Charger and Challenger 6.4L (and Chrysler 300 6.4L where equipped) delivers massive, emissions-legal power using the same core technology proven in Dodge Drag Pak competition. Built around Whipples latest Gen 6 W185RF twin-screw supercharger, this complete bolt-on system produces instant boost, a flat torque curve, and repeatable performancewithout internal engine modifications.
At the front is Whipples 112mm Crusher round inlet, optimized to support oversized throttle bodies while feeding the exclusive 3x4 rotor combination and revised Gen 6 housing. The result is higher airflow with lower discharge temperatures than comparable roots-style systems, allowing strong power delivery on pump gas with factory-level drivability.
Thermal control is handled by Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system. Air is routed through each core twice, dramatically increasing heat rejection. Paired with massive air-to-water bar-plate intercoolers, a high-flow intercooler pump, and oversized heat exchanger, intake air temperatures stay consistent even during sustained hard use.
This kit is CARB certified and 50-state legal (EO D-231-92) and includes Hellcat high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, a fuel pump voltage booster, and a flash tool for diagnostics and data logging. For applicable model years, an HP Tuners unlock code is included as required.
