The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit for the 2015–2017 Dodge Charger, Challenger, and Chrysler 300 5.7L HEMI delivers modern twin-screw performance using Whipple’s most advanced hardware to date. This No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration does not include calibration, tuning credits, or a flash tool, making it ideal for builders who already have a custom tuning solution in place.
At the heart of the system is the Gen 6 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger featuring an oversized Crusher™ 112mm inlet. Combined with Whipple’s dual-core, dual-pass intercooler architecture, this setup delivers instant boost, massive low-end torque, and strong top-end airflow with excellent drivability.
Gen 6 Whipple Technology
Whipple’s Gen 6 platform represents over 35 years of twin-screw supercharging development. Featuring redesigned bearings, gears, rotors, and housing geometry, the Gen 6 design improves airflow efficiency, durability, and thermal performance from idle to redline.
The advanced rotor profile and optimized inlet and discharge ports allow this system to produce more power per pound of boost than traditional roots-style superchargers.
Unmatched Cooling Performance
To control intake air temperatures on boosted HEMI applications, Whipple engineered a patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler system utilizing large aluminum bar-plate intercoolers. Incoming air is routed through two intercooler cores twice to maximize heat transfer.
An oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump provide fast recovery times and consistent power output during street driving or extended performance use.
