The Whipple Stage 2 Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool (NFT) Kit is the highest-output hardware-only supercharger system available for the 20242026 Ford Mustang S650 GT and Dark Horse. Designed for builders pursuing maximum airflow and power with custom calibration control, this Stage 2 configuration adds upgraded inlet and throttle body hardware to the already dominant Gen 6 platform.
This is a true No Flash Tool (NFT) system. It includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Custom PCM tuning or standalone engine management is required.
Gen 6 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger
At the core of the system is Whipples Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, featuring the advanced 3x4 rotor combination, optimized discharge port, and reduced parasitic loss. The inverted layout places the supercharger deep in the engine valley, improving airflow efficiency while fitting cleanly under the factory hood.
Billet 112mm Throttle Body & 120mm Intake
Stage 2 airflow is increased through a billet 112mm Whipple throttle body paired with a massive 120mm Crusher Y-tube intake system. Dual high-flow air filters evenly feed the supercharger, minimizing inlet restriction and supporting higher RPM operation and increased top-end airflow for high-horsepower custom-tuned builds.
Industry-Leading Intercooler Capacity
This system features Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler, routing compressed air through each core twice for dramatically improved heat rejection. Combined with Whipples largest heat exchanger and a high-flow intercooler pump, the system maintains stable intake air temperatures during repeated pulls and sustained high-load operation.
