The Whipple Stage 1 Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool (NFT) Kit is the most advanced hardware-only supercharger system available for the 20242026 Ford Mustang S650 GT and Dark Horse. Built around Whipples latest Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, this kit delivers the airflow, cooling, and mechanical capability required for high-horsepower buildswhile leaving tuning and calibration control entirely in the hands of the installer or end user.
This is a true No Flash Tool (NFT) system. It includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Custom tuning or standalone engine management is required for operation.
Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Technology
The heart of the system is Whipples inverted Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, featuring the advanced 3x4 rotor combination and optimized discharge port geometry. This design reduces parasitic loss while increasing airflow efficiency across the entire RPM range, producing instant boost response and a flat, torque-rich powerband.
High-Flow Y-Intake & 120mm Inlet
To support the increased airflow demands of the Gen 6 supercharger, this kit includes Whipples massive Crusher Y-intake system with dual high-flow air filters and a 120mm inlet. The inlet is designed to support multiple throttle body sizes (92mm, 112mm, and 120mm), minimizing restriction and maximizing inlet velocity.
Dual-Pass Intercooling for Thermal Stability
Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system routes compressed air through each intercooler core twice, dramatically increasing heat rejection compared to single-pass designs. Paired with a high-flow intercooler pump and oversized heat exchanger, the system maintains stable intake air temperatures during repeated pulls or sustained high-load operation.
