This advanced design improves sealing, airflow efficiency, and RPM capability compared to earlier generations and smaller roots-style superchargers.
An optimized bell-mouth inlet, refined discharge port, and ideal diameter-to-length ratio allow the Gen 6 to deliver more power per pound of boost with lower discharge temperatures.
Stage 2 Airflow Upgrade with 150mm Crusher Inlet
The Stage 2 system maximizes inlet airflow using Whipples massive 150mm Crusher Roval inlet, engineered to minimize inlet restriction and rotor cavitation. A billet 132mm Whipple Roval electronic throttle body is included, ensuring the supercharger is never airflow-limited at higher power levels.
This configuration provides a clear upgrade path while delivering exceptional throttle response and airflow right out of the box.
Patented Dual-Pass Intercooling and Thermal Control
Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler system routes intake air through massive bar-plate intercooler cores twice before entering the engine. These intercoolers are over 55% larger than some competing systems, delivering unmatched heat rejection and recovery.
An oversized heat exchanger, high-flow intercooler pump, and large intercooler reservoir maintain consistent intake air temperatures under repeated wide-open-throttle conditions.
