The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 No Flash Tool (NFT) Supercharger Kit is built for one thing: turning your 20232025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 7.3L Godzilla into a torque monster with OEM-level integration and true street legality. With a massive twin-screw compressor, Whipples patented intercooling strategy, and a 132mm billet Roval throttle body, this is the most complete path to big, repeatable power in a heavy-duty truck platform.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) system. The kit includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash device. Custom PCM tuning is required.

Stage 2 Airflow Advantage: 132mm Billet Roval Throttle Body
Stage 2 is engineered around a 132mm high-flow billet Roval throttle body pre-set with factory electronics. Compared to the stock throttle body, this unit dramatically increases inlet airflow capacity to support higher boost potential, stronger midrange torque, and improved top-end pullwithout sacrificing response.
Matched with Whipples Crusher 150mm inlet and Gen 6 rotor pack, the system is designed to move serious air while maintaining efficiency and thermal control.
Gen 6 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger Technology
At the core is Whipples Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L (3000cc) twin-screw supercharger with the latest rotor and housing design. The Gen 6 uses a 3x4 rotor combination and optimized helix sealing strategy to increase RPM capability, reduce internal leak path, and deliver more airflow under the curve than roots-style alternatives.
The inverted layout tucks the supercharger in the engine valley, improving packaging while allowing an oversized intercooler assembly for repeatable performance.
Patented Dual-Pass, Dual-Core Intercooling and Oversized Cooling System
Whipples patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler system delivers nearly twice the effective cooling area of conventional intercoolers by routing charge air through the cores twice. This is the key to consistent power in a truck thats worked hardespecially during towing, hot-weather driving, or repeated pulls.
Thermal management is backed by the largest dual-pass heat exchanger on the market and a high-flow intercooler pump for fast recovery and stable IAT control.
Fueling and Hardware Built for Real Truck Power
This system is designed as a complete performance package, including high-flow Bosch fuel injectors and billet -8AN fuel rails to support the airflow and torque capacity of the Gen 6 platform. It also includes a high-flow roto-molded airbox with a high-flow element for reliable, consistent inlet supply.

The Whipple system bolts directly to the factory engine with no cutting or grinding required and fits under the factory hood.
