Gen 6 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger Technology
At the core of the system is Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L W185AX twin-screw supercharger, featuring an exclusive 3x4 rotor combination, optimized helix angle, and redesigned housing for increased airflow, higher RPM capability, and superior sealing efficiency.
The inverted, front-entry design places the supercharger deep in the engine valley, improving airflow efficiency while allowing for a massive intercooler package that outperforms smaller 2.3L and 2.65L roots-style systems.
Patented Dual-Pass Intercooling and Thermal Control
Whipple's patented dual-core, dual-pass air-to-water intercooler system routes intake air through each intercooler twice, dramatically reducing intake air temperatures under sustained load.
An oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump maintain consistent charge-air temperatures during towing, heavy hauling, off-road use, or repeated wide-open throttle operation.
High-Flow Inlet, Throttle Body, and Fuel Support
The system features a massive 132mm billet Whipple Roval throttle body paired with an oversized Crusher inlet and high-flow roto-molded airbox to maximize airflow and throttle response.
High-flow Bosch fuel injectors and billet -8 AN fuel rails provide the fueling capacity required to safely support high boost levels with proper tuning.
Installation and Drivability
