The Whipple Stage 2 Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit is the most powerful bolt-on supercharger hardware package available for the 2021–2023 Ford F-150 5.0L. Designed for 91+ octane fuel, this Stage 2 configuration delivers extreme airflow, massive torque potential, and race-proven cooling capacity—while retaining factory drivability when paired with proper calibration.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration intended for customers who already have tuning solutions or plan to run custom calibration. You receive Whipple’s complete Stage 2 hardware package without a handheld tuner or calibration.
Stage 2 Hardware Advantage
The Stage 2 system upgrades airflow and fueling capacity over Stage 1 configurations to support significantly higher power levels. An oversized Crusher™ 150mm inlet, upgraded pulley configuration, and GT500 Bosch dual-beam fuel injectors provide the headroom required for aggressive tuning without internal engine modifications.
The inverted supercharger layout places the blower deep in the engine valley, allowing Whipple to utilize a massive dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system that delivers industry-leading charge-air cooling and repeatable performance.
