The Whipple W185RF Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit delivers the most advanced twin-screw hardware ever offered for GM 6.2L trucks and SUVs. This No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration does not include calibration, tuning credits, or a flash tool, making it ideal for owners who already have a custom tuning solution and want maximum mechanical performance from Whipple’s latest-generation system.
Featuring Whipple’s Gen 6 3.0L rotor technology, this system represents over three decades of Whipple GM supercharging development. Designed to bolt onto stock engines while offering airflow capacity for future power upgrades, this intercooled twin-screw setup delivers brutal low-end torque, relentless midrange power, and massive top-end potential with excellent drivability.
Gen 6 Rotor Technology
At the core of this system is Whipple’s record-setting Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw rotor pack, engineered for higher efficiency, reduced discharge temperatures, and improved airflow compared to previous generations. An integrated intercooled bypass system improves throttle response while reducing parasitic loss during cruising.
A massive 112mm inlet opening minimizes inlet restriction and supports a wide range of aftermarket throttle bodies, making this system highly upgradeable as power demands increase.

To maintain consistent power under heavy load, Whipple engineered a patented dual air-to-water intercooler system featuring dual-pass technology. Incoming air is routed through two intercooler cores twice, dramatically increasing heat transfer efficiency.
