Overview
The Whipple Gen 6 W185RF 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool (NFT) System is the largest and most powerful positive-displacement supercharger available for the LT4 platform, delivering record-setting, 50-state-legal hardware capability for the Camaro ZL1 and Cadillac CTS-V. With a massive 3.0-liter displacementover 70% larger than the factory 1.76L unitthis system is engineered to deliver brutal airflow capacity, lower IATs, and OEM-level drivability when paired with proper custom tuning.
This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) configuration. The kit includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. Custom PCM tuning is required.
Gen 6 3.0L Twin-Screw Technology
The W185RF Gen 6 supercharger utilizes Whipples advanced 3x4 rotor combination, optimized inlet geometry, and high-efficiency internal compression design. Compared to roots-style blowers, the twin-screw architecture produces cooler, denser air with less parasitic lossresulting in more usable power per pound of boost and instant throttle response.
Patented Dual-Intercooler Cooling System
Whipples exclusive dual-core, dual-pass intercooler routes intake air through each core twice, dramatically increasing heat rejection. Dual inlet and outlet coolant routing improves flow capacity, while the integrated intercooled bypass system reduces tip-in spark knock and enhances part-throttle drivability.
Complete Hardware-Only Package
This system includes all required supercharger hardware, OEM-style quick-connect fittings, injectors, fuel system components, and installation hardware for a clean bolt-on installation.
