Designed specifically for Whipple supercharger systems, this precision-machined pulley delivers reliable belt control, reduced mass, and consistent boost performance under hard driving conditions.
Each Whipple pulley is CNC-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in a hard black anodized coating for excellent wear resistance and corrosion protection. Lightweight pocketing reduces rotating mass, while the integrated belt guard helps prevent belt walking at high RPM. The running diameter is laser-engraved directly on the pulley for easy identification, making boost tuning straightforward and repeatable.
