The Whipple Stage 1 Performance Kit for the 20212026 Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost is engineered to deliver real-world torque, cooler operating temperatures, and dramatically improved drivabilitywhile remaining fully 50-state legal. This complete bolt-on system combines Whipples massive MegaCooler intercooler, high-flow air intake, and industry-leading calibration to unlock power safely and consistently.
Designed around torque where trucks actually live, this Stage 1 system delivers gains of up to 80 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque and 60 rear-wheel horsepower on 93 octane fuel. Even more impressive, the added torque comes on earlyproducing more torque than stock as low as 2,000 RPM for instant throttle response, improved towing feel, and stronger acceleration.

MegaCooler Intercooler Technology
At the heart of the system is Whipples oversized MegaCooler intercooler, offering 54% more internal volume and 8% more surface area than the factory unit. Built using a robust bar-and-plate design with offset fins on both the hot and cold sides, it dramatically outperforms the stock intercooler while fitting in the factory location.
Lower intake air temperatures allow increased spark advance and more consistent oxygen density, resulting in stronger, repeatable power without compromising engine safetyespecially under sustained loads like towing or off-road use.
High-Flow Air Intake System
The included Whipple high-velocity air intake is CFD-modeled and rotor-molded to maximize airflow speed while reducing inlet restriction. A velocity-stack gauze air filter with extra-wide pleats flows over 132% more air than the factory paper filter, supporting the added boost and torque from the revised calibration.
Calibration & Drivability
Whipple worked directly with Ford calibration specialists to develop a performance tune that maximizes output while maintaining OEM-level safety and emissions compliance. The revised calibration improves shift scheduling, increases RPM shift points, enhances pedal response, and allows tire and axle size correctionscritical for lifted or modified trucks.
Each kit includes the Whipple MPVI3 flash tool, allowing easy installation of the calibration, live data monitoring, data logging, and trouble code reading and clearing.
