This complete bolt-on system combines Whipples oversized Mega Cooler intercooler, high-velocity cold air intake, and an industry-leading custom calibration for safe, repeatable power.
On 93 octane fuel, this system delivers gains of up to 100 rear-wheel horsepower and 130 lb-ft of rear-wheel torque. Even more impressive is the added torque under the curveat 3,500 RPM the system produces over 150 lb-ft more torque than stock, dramatically improving throttle response, towing confidence, and overall drivability.

Mega Cooler Intercooler Technology
At the core of the system is Whipples Mega Cooler, featuring a 54% increase in internal volume and 8% more surface area compared to the factory intercooler. The heavy-duty bar-and-plate construction with offset fins on both hot and cold sides maximizes heat transfer while maintaining factory-style fitment.
Lower intake air temperatures allow increased spark advance and higher air density, producing stronger and more consistent power under loadespecially beneficial for towing, long highway pulls, and hot-weather driving.
High-Velocity Air Intake System
The included Whipple intake is CAD-driven and CFD-modeled, utilizing a roto-molded design that maximizes airflow speed while reducing restriction. A velocity-stack gauze air filter with extra-wide pleats flows over 132% more air than the factory paper filter, ensuring the engine can fully utilize the added boost and calibration improvements.
Calibration & Control
Whipples calibration team worked closely with Ford platforms using advanced OEM-level tools to develop a tune that extracts maximum performance while maintaining factory-style safety logic and emissions compliance.
