The Whipple Stage 1R to Stage 2 Upgrade Kit is designed for owners of 2021–2026 Ford F-150 trucks already equipped with a Whipple Stage 1R supercharger system who are ready to unlock maximum performance. This bolt-on upgrade transforms your existing setup into a full Stage 2 configuration, delivering massive airflow improvements and an updated Whipple calibration for peak power.
By upgrading to the billet 132mm Whipple Roval throttle body and matching 132mm inlet air tube, this kit removes critical airflow restrictions, allowing your Gen 6 supercharger to operate at its full potential.
Stage 2 Power Upgrade
With the Stage 2 hardware and revised calibration, your supercharged F-150 can achieve up to 775 horsepower and 675 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel under optimal conditions on 93 octane fuel. Throttle response is sharper, top-end power is significantly increased, and the supercharger no longer becomes airflow-limited at higher RPM.
Billet 132mm Roval Throttle Body
The centerpiece of this upgrade is Whipple’s billet 132mm Roval throttle body. Precision-machined for maximum flow and smooth throttle control, the Roval design increases effective airflow compared to traditional round throttle bodies while maintaining excellent drivability.
Paired with the 132mm inlet air tube, this upgrade ensures unrestricted airflow into the supercharger under high load, making it ideal for aggressive street driving, towing, or future power upgrades.
Updated Whipple Calibration
This kit includes an updated Whipple Stage 2 calibration engineered to safely extract the added airflow and power potential. Fueling, spark, torque management, and throttle mapping are optimized to deliver strong, reliable performance while maintaining factory-like drivability.
