The Whipple Stage 1 to Stage 2 Upgrade Kit is the complete, bolt-on solution for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 owners running a Whipple Stage 1 supercharger system who want more power, more boost, and more airflow—without replacing their entire kit. This upgrade package converts your existing setup into a true Stage 2 configuration, unlocking additional horsepower and torque with factory-like drivability.
By combining increased boost, major airflow upgrades, fueling enhancements, and an updated Whipple calibration, this kit allows your Gen 6 supercharger to deliver its full performance potential.
Stage 2 Power Gains
With the included billet supercharger pulley, airflow components, and revised calibration, this upgrade delivers up to an additional 50 horsepower and 20 lb-ft of torque over the Stage 1 system when running 93 octane or higher. Boost is increased by approximately 1 PSI, improving throttle response, mid-range punch, and top-end power.
Massive Airflow Improvements
At the heart of this upgrade is Whipple’s billet 132mm Roval throttle body paired with a matching 132mm inlet air tube. This combination dramatically reduces inlet restriction, allowing the supercharger to move more air efficiently at higher RPM and boost levels.
The result is stronger airflow, improved throttle response, and headroom for future performance upgrades.
Fueling & Boost Enhancements
To safely support the added airflow and boost, this kit includes a full set of Bosch 55 lb/hr high-flow fuel injectors. These injectors provide the additional fueling capacity required to maintain proper air/fuel ratios under increased load.
The included billet Whipple supercharger pulley increases boost by approximately 1 PSI, while maintaining belt control and reliability.
Updated Whipple Calibration
An updated Whipple Stage 2 calibration is included, optimized for increased boost, airflow, and fueling. The tune also raises RPM, airflow, and speed limits where applicable, ensuring the upgraded hardware works together safely and effectively.
Note: Calibration only is supplied. Your existing Whipple Tomahawk flash tool can be reused with the same VIN.
