TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for Stock Steering - TRZ Spindles (4130 & Billet) (1982 - 2002 Chevy Blazer / S-10 - 2WD) - S10-202-2T

Bump Steer Correction for 1982 - 2002 S-10 & Blazer with TRZ 4130/Billet Spindles

The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for 1982 - 2002 Chevy Blazer and S-10 2WD trucks is designed specifically for vehicles running TRZ 4130 or Billet spindles. TRZ spindles feature a proprietary steering-arm layout that positions the tie rod differently, allowing the use of longer tie rods for greater tuning range and improved geometry correction.

Lowered S-10 and Blazer builds often struggle with unwanted toe change as the suspension cycles. This kit replaces both the inner and outer tie-rod ends with a race-inspired, fully adjustable chrome-moly rod-end system. The adjustable tie-rod height at the spindle gives you precise control over bump steer correction.

The kit includes chrome-moly rod ends, LH/RH adjusters, 6061 aluminum spacers, and new inner tie rods. Installation requires drilling the spindle/steering-arm taper to 1/2" to properly fit the TRZ hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do TRZ spindles use longer tie rods?

TRZ spindles feature a unique steering-arm design that positions the tie rod differently, allowing longer tie rods for improved geometry tuning and increased adjustment range.

Do I need to drill the spindle for installation?

Yes. The spindle/steering-arm tapered hole must be drilled to 1/2" so the TRZ hardware fits securely and maintains proper alignment.
