TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for Rack & Pinion Conversions - TRZ Spindle (4130 & Billet) (1982 - 2002 Chevy Blazer / S-10 - 2WD) - S10-202-1T
Precision Bump Steer Correction for TRZ Spindles on 1982 - 2002 S-10 / Blazer 2WD
When upgrading your 1982 - 2002 Chevy S-10 or Blazer (2WD) with TRZ 4130 or Billet spindles, proper steering geometry becomes even more critical - especially with a rack-and-pinion conversion or a lowered stance. This TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit is engineered specifically for TRZ spindles, providing the correct tie-rod length and adjustability required to eliminate unwanted toe change through suspension travel.
TRZ spindles use their own steering arm design (Part #303), which positions the tie-rod differently than factory spindles. This requires a dedicated bump steer kit featuring longer tie-rods, chrome-moly rod ends, Grade 8 hardware, and 6061 aluminum spacers for fine-tuning. Installation requires drilling the tapered tie-rod hole to a 1/2? straight bore.
This kit works with both Standard and Narrowed Pinto rack-and-pinion systems using 1/2-20 thread tie rod connections. TRZ recommends confirming rack length at checkout, as some combinations may show "Narrowed Rack" automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do TRZ spindles require their own bump steer kit?
Because TRZ spindles reposition the steering arm, the tie-rod length and angle differ from factory geometry. This kit matches the TRZ-specific layout.
Will this work with factory spindles?
No. Factory and non-TRZ spindles require the S10-202-1 kit. This version is for TRZ spindles only.
