Bump Steer Correction for Factory Spindles on 1982 - 2002 S-10 / Blazer 2WD
If you're converting your 1982 - 2002 Chevy S-10 or Blazer (2WD) to rack-and-pinion steering - or simply lowering the truck - bump steer becomes a real problem. The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit corrects steering geometry by replacing the fixed factory tie-rod ends with fully adjustable chrome-moly rod ends, allowing precise alignment and predictable handling.
This version is tailored for factory spindles, including any aftermarket non-TRZ replacements. To install, the stock tapered tie-rod hole must be drilled to a 1/2? straight bore to accept the included Grade 8 hardware. TRZ also supplies 6061 aluminum spacers to help set rod-end height for proper steering geometry.
