The TRZ Motorsports High Deflection Adjustable Strut Cup Kit (Part #650-126) is engineered for fabricators who need maximum articulation, precise ride height tuning, and a distortion-resistant weld-in cup design. With 1-3/4" of weldable surface area and a 2.5" total cup height, this assembly provides a strong, reliable foundation for high-load strut applications.
This system offers 1-7/8" of ride height adjustment - up or down - while maintaining 100% thread engagement for maximum strength and safety. Combined with the included 11/16" I.D. misalignment spacers, the cup design allows up to 30 degrees of articulation without binding.
The weld-in cups are counterbored with a thicker wall to minimize distortion during welding. Inside, the threaded adjusters are made from ultra-strong 7075 aluminum and finished with a hard anodized coating to resist corrosion and provide smooth, long-lasting adjustment.
