TRZ Motorsports Stock Height Billet Spindles & Steering Arms / 1 Pair - 3/8-24 (1982 - 2002 Chevy Blazer / S-10) - 328-52 & 303

Billet Stock-Height Spindles & Steering Arms for 1982 - 2002 S-10 / Blazer

The TRZ Motorsports Stock Height Billet Spindles & Steering Arms are engineered for lightweight strength, precise geometry, and compatibility with the most popular drag racing brake kits. Designed for 1978 - 1988 G-body and 1982 - 2002 Chevy S-10 / Blazer platforms, these billet 6061 aluminum spindles and arms replicate factory spindle dimensions so they will work with stock-type drag brake systems.

Each kit includes a matched pair of 2" drop billet 6061 spindles featuring 17-4 heat-treated stainless steel spindle pins, plus a pair of TRZ billet 6061 steering arms and all required hardware. Optional TRZ Quick Steer Arms (303-QS) are available to increase turning radius by up to 30% for rack-and-pinion cars, making maneuvering easier while maintaining strength.

These spindles are compatible with drag brake kits designed to fit OEM-style spindles, including Strange, TBM, and Wilwood 140-1033-BD. At only 11 pounds for the spindles, arms, and hardware combined, this setup reduces unsprung weight while improving steering precision.

A bump-steer kit is required with these spindles. TRZ steering arms help optimize steering geometry by lengthening tie rods and incorporating a 1/2" straight hole for simpler setup. If you currently run a bump-steer kit, TRZ can provide the correct adjusters separately.

Caliper Bracket Bolt Size Information

  • Strange Kits - Pre-Sept. 2021: 3/8-24 thread; Current kits: 7/16-14 thread.
Note: Wheel speed sensor requires spindle/arm modifications.
  • TBM Kits - Pre-Sept. 2023: 8mm x 1.25 thread; Current kits: 3/8-24 thread.
  • Wilwood Kits - Use 3/8-24 thread. Caliper brackets must be trimmed to run only 2 of the 3 bolts.
  • Aerospace Kits - Use 3/8-16 thread; you must supply 3/8-24 bolts for this spindle.
  • Aerospace kits without caliper bracket spacers require clearancing the bracket and spindle for flush mounting.

For absolute certainty, physically measure your existing caliper bracket hardware. If measurement is not possible, you may choose the 8mm size and drill/tap like factory spindles.
